KINDERGARTEN: Plastic Pencil Box, Back Pack or School Bag, Gym Shoes, Gallon Size Box of Ziploc Bags, Box of Kleenex, 70 page spiral notebook (wide rule), Roll of paper towels. (Other supplies are furnished by district for a fee)
FIRST GRADE: Pencils (No eversharps), 2 Glue Stick, Scissors, Manuscript Tablet, Crayons(24), Eraser, 1 Pocket folder, 1 composition Notebook (non spiral), 2 Kleenex, 1 Roll paper towels, Small School Box, School Bag, Gym Shoes
SECOND GRADE: 6 Pencils, 1 Lg Eraser, Elmer’s bottled White Glue (no glue sticks), Scissors, Crayons (no larger than 24), Small Pencil Box, 2 Lg Box Kleenex, 1 Spiral Notebooks (wide line), Colored Pencils, Gym shoes, School Bag, 3-Ring Binder (2”), Hand sanitizer, Compact Umbrella, 2 Yellow Highlighters, 1 Roll paper towels, 2 dry erase markers.
THIRD GRADE: 12 Pencils, 1 Lg Eraser, 4 Glue Sticks, Scissors, Crayons (no larger than 32), 2 red Pens, 2 Dry Erase markers (no other markers), 2 Yellow Highlighters, 1 Pocket Folder, 2 wide Lined Spiral Notebooks, 2 Lg box Kleenex, Small Pencil Box, Clorox Wipes, 1 Box quart size Ziploc bags, Gym Shoes, Small Umbrella
FOURTH GRADE: Pencils (no mechanical), Pencil Top Erasers, Ruler w/Metric and standard, Crayons (no larger than 24), Gym Shoes, Small School Box, 2 Large Boxes Kleenex, Scissors, Glue, 2 White Glue Sticks, Black or Blue Pen, Set of colored Pencils, Markers (no larger than 10), 4 Pocket folders, 1 Yellow Highlighter, Pack of Index Cards, Disinfecting Wipes, Sandwich size Ziploc Bags, 1 Pack Lines Notebook Paper, 2 Single Subject Spiral Notebooks.
FIFTH GRADE: Pencils, 2 Erasers, Looseleaf Paper and 3 Ring Notebook (No Trapper Keepers), Pen (Black or Blue), Red Pen, Scissors, Markers, Set of Colored Pencils, Protractor and Compass, Ruler w/standard and metric, Pencil Pouch to put in Notebook (NO PENCIL BOXES, PLEASE) 2 Kleenex, Gym Shoes, Glue, Simple Calculator, Highlighters, 2 Dry Erase Markers
SIXTH GRADE: Pencils (no mechanical or eversharp), Notebook Paper, Markers, Pen (Black or Blue), Scissors, Colored Pencils, Protractor and Compass, Ruler w/standard & Metric, Kleenex, Gym shoes, elmers glue and Glue Stick, simple Calculator, 1 Highlighter, 2 Pocket Folders w/built in brads. No pencil boxes or Trappers due to small desk.
SEVENTH – EIGHTH GRADE: MRS HAMM– Black/Blue Dry Erase Marker, 2 Large Kleenex, Colored Pencils, 3X5 Index Cards, Index Card Ring, Pencils & Pens, Plain 3X3 Post Its, Yellow Highlighter, Looseleaf Paper, 4 Folders, 1 Single Subject Notebook. MR BALL – Notebook Paper, Pencils, Pens (black/blue & red), Scientific Calculator(Texas Instruments TI-30Xa is strongly recommended), Compass and Protractor, Flash Drive(optional – will be able to put textbook material for take-home use on these)
JR HIGH PE: Must have current signed physical (Dated after May 1, 2009) on file at start of school. Need: Westphalia Wolverine gray t-shirt, Navy or Royal Blue Shorts, Gym Shoes and Socks to be left at school. 1st Day of School – Softball glove, cleats (non-metal) optional
ALL SCHOOL: Please no black-soled shoes!
