Mrs. Lewis

My name is Sandy Lewis. I teach first grade at Irving Primary Center. I graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelors of Science and Education degree with an emphasis in Physical Education. I taught at Westphalia for four years, Greeley Grade School for seven years and am now in my sixth year at Irving Primary Center. I also substitute taught for eleven years.

I live in Garnett with my husband Kevin of 32 years. We have three grown children, Adam, Tara, and Angela, all of whom graduated from ACHS.  We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. 

My hobbies are reading, spending time with my sisters, walking, and having new experiences while on vacation with my family. Some of my most memorable vacations included whale watching, surfing, para sailing, repelling, and swimming with dolphins.
