Welcome to Mr. Burkdoll's teacher webpage. Here in 09-10 things have been going great!!
A typical day in Weight Training would include:
3 Core Lifts: Bench Press, Hang Clean, and Squats
We also perform auxiliary lifts, dot drills, jump rope, stairs, box jumps, timed running, and a number of competition lifts throughout the semester. Circuit training is also included in the daily schedule, and our students select a variety of different lifts to achieve a total body workout!
