Last week, our paraeducators and teachers came together for a district-wide Professional Development Day focused on collaboration, consistency, and student success.

• Paraeducators explored de-escalation strategies and ways to help students stay calm and regulated in the classroom.

• Teachers engaged in powerful Standards Alignment work, ensuring that every student—from Pre-K through 12th grade—has access to a rigorous, intentional, and consistent learning experience.

It was inspiring to see staff from all grade levels and content areas come together to share ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen instruction across USD 365.
